My Lil Ambo

This is the life and log of my life. I'm a wife, a mother, a student. I love my family, my sanctuary, and my computer. Hee-hee! This is a day in the life of me.

Once upon a time, a little girl named Melissa grew up, a little too fast if you ask me, into a confused woman with raging hormones and lots of insecurity. (sound familiar?) Got pregnant, married, moved to 3 different States, then finally settled down here on the East Coast. Details of exactly where are left to be unknown.

So, that about sums up my past life, excluding all of the boring and not so boring details of my history. Now, onto my present life, which is just as entertaining as my past. I hope that by writing these journals of my life, I will be able to see more into who I am on a deeper level. And I hope that who ever chooses to read these diaries of my life, will be some what entertained.

The Day of My Haircut:

All three kids are out of the house, and I am doing absolutely nothing productive. I have not cleaned one room, washed one dish, or have started one load of laundry. If my husband calls from work to say "Hi" to me, which he normally does everyday, I will tell him that I have been busy all day and that I am currently doing something productive to help keep the house clean and oraganized. What have I done all day....hmmm, well I got the kids ready and off to school, picked up my youngest son's friend to come over and play, started writing this post, made lunch for my little boy and his friend, chatted with the friend's mother who came to pick him and my son up to continue their playdate as their house, and then ran back up here to finish typing this post. It is now 2 pm and I feel quite busy for doing absolutely no cleaning in my house. I have been having too much fun putting my new site from
Blogger together today, and I am sure I'll be up and running with the dishes and the laundry by tomorrow.

Oh yah, I'm getting my hair cut tonight by some guy who is really good (supposedly). He comes up once a month from the big city to cut hair at this really cute boutique in my town. Can't wait to see what he can do with my long locks. I will post you on the results. :)
